Accessibility Statement

Our approach to accessibility
4P Collective is committed to making its website, information and digital services as accessible and usable as reasonably possible.
4P Collective is the trading name of Wendy Sims, operating as a sole trader.
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as the technical benchmark for improving the accessibility of this website.
We are continuing to review and improve the website and do not currently claim that every page or feature fully conforms to WCAG 2.2 AA.
What we are working to achieve
We aim to make the website:
- usable with a keyboard;
- understandable with screen-reading and assistive technologies;
- readable at increased text size and browser zoom;
- structured using meaningful headings, labels and page titles;
- usable without relying solely on colour;
- accessible on mobile and desktop devices; and
- clear and consistent in its navigation and forms.
We also aim to make important information available in an alternative format where this is reasonably required.
Current accessibility position
An internal accessibility review was completed in August 2026 using WCAG 2.2 AA as the benchmark.
This review identified a number of areas where further improvement is required.
We are therefore not currently describing the website as fully WCAG 2.2 AA compliant.
- improving colour contrast where small gold text is used on a light background;
- improving how authentication error messages are announced to screen-reader users;
- improving autocomplete support within sign-in and account forms;
- improving screen-reader access to Commission Builder progress information on mobile devices;
- confirming accessible names and labels within responsive navigation; and
- continuing to review focus visibility and keyboard interaction.
Current areas being addressed include:
These issues do not prevent most users from accessing the main public content, but they are being treated as accessibility improvements.
Keyboard access
The website is designed so that core links, buttons, forms and navigation can be used with a keyboard.
The current review did not identify a general keyboard trap.
We are continuing to review focus visibility and interaction where fixed or responsive website components are used.
Forms and digital services
4P Collective uses forms for enquiries, the Commission Builder and account or portal services.
- clear field labels;
- understandable instructions;
- accessible required-field information;
- useful error messages;
- logical keyboard navigation; and
- appropriate support for password managers and browser autocomplete.
We aim to provide:
Some improvements to account and authentication forms have been identified and are being addressed.
Images and visual content
Informative images should have appropriate text alternatives.
Images used only for decoration may use an empty text alternative so that they are ignored by assistive technologies.
The website does not rely on decorative imagery alone to communicate essential information.
Colour and contrast
The principal 4P Collective navy and teal colour combinations provide strong contrast.
Our review identified that some small gold text on light backgrounds may not provide sufficient contrast for normal-sized text.
We are reviewing these uses and will adjust them where necessary while retaining the overall 4P design system.
Motion and animation
Some pages use subtle visual motion or entrance animation.
We are reviewing how these effects respond to users who have enabled reduced-motion preferences on their device or browser.
Documents and downloadable resources
Some protected resources and toolkit materials may include downloadable documents.
Not every protected downloadable document has yet been individually assessed against accessibility standards.
Where you experience difficulty accessing a document, contact us and we will consider an appropriate accessible alternative.
Requesting information in another format
If you need information from this website in a different format, for example:
- an accessible Word document;
- a more accessible PDF;
- larger text;
- plain text; or
- another reasonable format,
please contact:
Please tell us:
- which page or document you need;
- what difficulty you are experiencing; and
- the format that would help you.
We will consider reasonable accessibility requests and respond as soon as practicable.
Reporting an accessibility problem
If you find an accessibility problem with the 4P Collective website, please email:
Please include the page or feature involved and, where possible, describe the problem you encountered.
Accessibility feedback helps us identify and prioritise improvements.
Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with the way we have responded to an accessibility issue, please contact Wendy Sims using:
We will consider the concern and any reasonable steps that can be taken to improve access.
Technical standard
This is the standard 4P Collective is working towards.
This statement is not a certification or declaration that every part of the website currently conforms fully to WCAG 2.2 AA.
The accessibility benchmark used for this website is:
Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.
Review of this statement
This statement was prepared following an internal accessibility review in August 2026.
It will be reviewed as the website develops and when significant new digital features are introduced.
